The customer service really let me down. I’ve dealt with plenty of companies where the support team at least tries to help, but this felt unhelpful from start to finish

I ordered from bfmseating.com and, i was happy with how everything showed up. The boxes were sturdy, and nothing was sliding around inside or anything. When I opened it up, there were no dents or scratches, which was a relief. The outside of the delivery box had a little dirt on it, but... yeah, that’s kind of normal with shipping. Overall, the packaging was done really well.

I ordered chairs from bfmseating.com i’m disappointed. The site made them sound like they’d be sturdy and high quality, but those vague promises didn’t match what showed up. One of the legs was uneven, and the fabric looked cheap straight out of the box. After barely using them for a short time, they already started feeling loose. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I definitely wouldn’t buy these again.

I had a frustrating time trying to order from bfmseating.com. The site kept acting glitchy, and the weird part is my cart actually changed after I went back to double-check something.
Checkout didn’t make things any better. I wasn’t even sure the order had actually gone through until later, and the confirmation emails didn’t really clear things up much.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was just annoying and kind of stressful. I don’t think I’d order from there again

I ordered everything expecting it to be simple, but somehow one of the chairs still came wrong. The rest of the order was mostly fine, so I guess it could’ve been worse, but it’s frustrating when you feel like you have to be the one dealing with the mistake. They did fix it later, which I appreciate, but I really wish it had just been right the first time.

I ordered a few chairs from bfmseating.com for our small cafe, they looked good right out of the box. Setup was simple too, which was nice because nothing says “fun afternoon” like wrestling with furniture instructions.

After a few months of normal daily use, though, a couple started showing scratches and one leg got a little wobbly. They’re still usable, so it’s not a total disaster, but I definitely expected them to be a bit tougher. Decent chairs overall, just not exactly built like they’re ready for battle.

The chairs arrived in good shape, so no issues there, but putting them together was more annoying than I expected. The instructions were basic, and one screw refused to line up at first, so I had to just sit there and keep messing with it like I had all the patience in the world. I did get everything assembled eventually, but it definitely wasn’t as quick or easy as I hoped.

I really wanted to like this, but after about an hour my back was already hurting. It just wasn’t comfortable for me. When I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to, which made the whole experience even more disappointing

I was looking for a specific set of chairs and they actually had them in stock, which was a nice surprise. I’d checked a couple of other places first and either the selection was limited or they were out of stock. This was much easier, and I found what I needed without any hassle.

The return process was more of a hassle than I expected. It wasn’t very easy to figure out, and dealing with the warranty stuff just felt a bit frustrating overall.

I just had a simple question and figured it would be quick, but I ended up waiting for days. The reply, when I finally got anything back, wasn’t really clear either. It kind of felt like no one was actually checking their messages, or maybe they were just... I don’t know. Frustrating.

I got these chairs from BFM Seating they ended up looking really nice in our space. I expected them to be simple based on the photos, but in person they feel a bit more modern and put-together than I thought they would. Nothing too fancy or overdone, just a clean look that works well. The colors and finish were also close to what was shown online, which was a relief. Overall, I’m really happy with how they turned out

Delivery showed up when it was supposed to. Nice. Reliable overall, and I’d use them again.

These chairs cost way too much for what I ended up getting. I feel like I wasted both my money and the energy dealing with them, and they just didn’t live up to the price at all.
